What Are the Bank Details Needed for My Deposit Refund?

When terminating the contract through your Member’s Portal, your bank details should already be collected during the steps followed there.

However, if you have terminated your contract and haven’t yet sent us this information, please create a Help Request through our Member's Portal or your Habyt App. This information is key for us to refund your deposit timely.

Please provide the following bank information in your help request:

EU Bank

Non-EU Bank
  • Account holder name:
  • IBAN:
  • BIC:
  • Bank name:
  • Account holder:
  • Street:
  • House number:
  • ZIP code:
  • City:
  • Country:
  • Account number:
  • Bank code:
  • Swift code:
  • Name of the Bank:
  • Address of the bank:
  • House number of the bank:
  • ZIP code of the bank:
  • City of the bank:
  • Country of the bank:

⚠️ Keep in mind that refunds to a Non-EU bank account generate a fee of 100 euros and might experience significant delays in the timeline of your refund due to the bank’s processing times for international transfers. We highly recommend using your EU account to guarantee that your refund gets to you in the expected timeframe.
