The deposit will be charged once you’ve entered your payment details after you received your contract.
However, the deposit is due one week before your contract start date.
Keep in mind the payment of the deposit and membership fee is conditional to receive your move-in instructions and keys to your apartment.
If these fees are not settled at least 3 days before the contract start date, it’s highly possible that you might not be able to keep your move-in day.
