There are different reasons why your deposit did not go through:
- The payment details are not correct (-> please click on the link that was sent to you during the onboarding process and enter your details. If you can't find the link or if there's a technical issue, please don't hesitate to get in touch with us through your Habyt app or the Habyt portal)
- Your bank denied the payment due to insufficient funds (-> please transfer the necessary funds to your account)
- Your bank denied the payment due to other reasons (-> please check the questions “My payment method is not working.” or get in touch with your bank)
