By committing to a minimum stay, we can ensure that we have the resources and capacity to meet your needs and provide you with the best possible experience.

We have a minimum 3-month stay for shared and private apartment properties in Singapore, and 1-month in Hong Kong. If you prefer a shorter stay, we’d be delighted to tell you more about our other flexible living options where we have minimum stays from just 1 night!
