Why Sign a New Contract For a New Flatmate? (Netherlands)

Modified on Wed, 20 Dec 2023 at 07:02 PM

As part of the co-living rental agreements in The Netherlands, all current flatmates are required to sign a co-living contract.

Therefore, every time a new tenant rents a room in your flat, the contract is sent to that person, and all the current flatmates to sign. The terms of the contract do not change, only the names of the persons renting the rooms in the flat.
