What Is the Cancellation Policy?

Tenants who have booked their stay directly with Habyt have the right to revoke their contract within 14 days from the date of conclusion of the contact (in other words, the date you signed your contract). You can check this date on the first page of your Rental Agreement. 


You can easily request a contract revocation yourself by following the steps below:


  1. Navigate to the "Profile" page in your Member Portal
  2. Click on "Contracts" in the navigation bar 
  3. Click the "Revoke contract" button and a pop-up window will open
  4. Click the “Request support” button


A member of our team will then review all the details and get back to you via ticket to confirm the termination request.


If you encounter any issues during the above steps, please create a Help Request through our Member's Portal or your Habyt App.


⚠️ If you have already moved in before the revocation, you will need to pay an equivalent amount. This is calculated according to the proportion of the services already provided up to the time you informed us of the decision to revoke the contract.
