We’re sorry to hear you’re leaving us. But hey, we might cross paths again!
In order to terminate your contract you need to first check 3 important aspects: your minimum stay, the termination notice period, and the permitted end-of-contract dates. These can be found in your Rental Agreement, which we sent to your email during your contract signature process.
Would you like to know where to find this information in your contract? Click here to learn more.
Once you have checked that your termination fits these criteria, you can create a Help request through your **Members portal or your Habyt App** with the Subject: Contract Termination Request, the category “Contract” and the subcategory “Contract termination”
In the Description, please make sure to include:
- Your decision to terminate your contract
- Your desired contract’s end date
- The reason for your termination

Afterward, we will need to follow a couple more steps and we will guide you through the process. If you’re curious, click here to learn more about the next steps.
Note for Singapore: In line with the Urban Redevelopment Authority of Singapore, you are required to fulfil a minimum three month stay. This means, any early termination will be subject to a minimum of three months rent.
