Keynest is an external partner that offers simple and secure key exchange solutions.
For some of our properties we work with Keynest in order to make the move-in and move-out process easier, as they provide us with a collection and drop-off service through their various locations.
The Keynest shop we sent you the contact information of is a physical shop (usually a convenience store) that is also used to store some of the keys that we use at our apartments.
Move-in: You can collect your keys on the day of your move-in or any later date of your preference, within the store’s opening hours. At pick-up, you will need to mention a code to the shopkeeper. That code will be sent to you in the “Move in instructions” email.
Move-out: You won’t need to mention any code when dropping off your keys at Keynest, as long as your keyset has a green chip attached to it. Please inform us if your keyset does not have this green chip or fob. It should look like this:
