How can I follow up on an old issue?

  • If your follow-up is regarding an existing help request that has an “open” status: please locate this in your Help Requests in your Member Portal or your Habyt App. As long as it is still open and pending, you can follow up on that same one. There is no need to open a new request.


  • If this is regarding a help request that was already closed, please create a new one and include all the relevant details.
