At Habyt, we understand that your privacy is important to you. That's why we offer you the option to exercise your right to be forgotten from our database. If you no longer want your personal information to be stored in our system, you can easily request for it to be erased by following these simple steps:

  1. Log into your Habyt Member Portal or your Habyt App
  2. Create a Help Request through our Member's Portal or your Habyt App.
  3. Select the Category "Opt-out communication" and the subcategory "Right to be forgotten".
  4. Provide us with the necessary information, such as your full name and email address, so we can locate your account and process your request.
  5. Submit your Help Request and wait for our team to confirm that your information has been removed from our database.

Please note that once your information has been erased, we will no longer be able to provide you with our services. However, if you change your mind and wish to use our services again in the future, you can always create a new account.

We take your privacy seriously and are committed to protecting your personal information. If you have any questions or concerns regarding our privacy policy or the right to be forgotten, please do not hesitate to contact our customer support team. We are always here to help.
