When to create a Help Request


Keep in mind we also have crafted a very complete and comprehensive FAQs section that should guide you through many of the questions you may have and enable you to find most of the answers to the most common questions in a more autonomous and independent way.


However, if you have already gone through all of our articles and FAQs and require further assistance, you can create a Help Request through your Habyt Member Portal or your Habyt App.


Prior to creating a Help Request


Prior to logging a Help request, we kindly ask that:


  • If your topic is regarding an existing help request that is still open: please click on it and follow up on that same one. There is no need to open a new request as this will help us maintain all interactions in one single help request and avoid any delays in our response.
  • If your topic is regarding an existing help request that was already closed: Please create a new one


How to create a Help Request


  • In your Habyt Member Portal
    • Go to www.habyt.com/login and log in with the credentials you set up when you booked your Habyt home
    • Click on Help Requests in the upper right corner, which will redirect you to a new page
    • Click on Submit a ticket on the right top corner
    • Fill in the required information
    • Hit Submit


  • In your Habyt App (IOS or Android)
    • Go to your Habyt App and log in with the credentials you set up when you booked your Habyt home
    • Click on Help center, which will redirect you to a new page
    • Click on Submit a ticket on the right top corner
    • Fill in the required information
    • Hit Submit
