What To Do If I Can't Log In?

Let’s start by checking the following: 

  • No password is needed. First of all, keep in mind that you don’t need a password. All you need to do is enter your email and accept Habyt’s Privacy Policy. We will follow up with an email with the subject “Sign in to Habyt” to confirm your login. Click the “Login” button to confirm, and you should be all set!

  • Didn’t get an email? The email address you provided during the booking process will be the same for your Member account. Kindly make sure you are using that same email account for your login.

  • Have you checked your spam folder? If you’re sure you got the right email, the login email should go straight to your inbox. However, it might be the case that we ended up in your promotions or spam folders. Kindly check there for any communication from Habyt. 

If you followed the steps above, but are still unable to access your account, please create a Help Request through our Member's Portal or your Habyt App.
