    • Is your credit card from an EU country? NO

      Sometimes there are cases where credit cards issued in Non-Eu countries will reject the payments due to limitations by your card provider and your local government legislation.

      • The ideal solution is: to open a bank account in the country you are moving into and where your Habyt home is.
      • For an alternative faster solution for your payments before moving: look for online-based accounts, we recommend doing some research on your options. is an example where an account can be set up online. You would top up your online account with money and this provides you with a range of payment facilities to make your payments within the EU.
    • ⚠️ We highly recommend only using these alternative platforms for your 1st payments and changing to a local bank account once you are settled in. Not only will this be the most reliable, fastest way to pay but you will also have local support if you ever need to contact your bank.

    • Is your credit card from an EU country? YES
      You can change your payment method by logging into your account at the Habyt Member Portal or your Habyt App. On both platforms, you will find a "My Profile" section (on the App, it’s the one with a face icon on the bottom Menu bar). Here you can enter your new payment details by clicking on “Change”. After double-checking, click "confirm" and you're good to go.
