Your Habyt home is only for the purpose of living and only for you, the person in the Membership Agreement. Any other use of the property, in particular commercial usage, is strictly prohibited.
Please note that sublets are not allowed in any way and are considered a breach of your contract with Habyt. Tenants are not entitled to allow third parties to inhabit the property wholly or partially, nor to rent it out to third parties with or without payment.
Kindly refer to the Clause “Use of the Apartment, Terms and Conditions” in your Rental Agreement for more details. Please keep in mind that there is a fine of 500€ + profits if you breach this rule, in addition to the breach of your Rental Agreement.
