To ensure a positive co-living experience for everyone, smoking is not allowed in Habyt homes, including in balconies and terraces. Please use the outdoor areas and make sure you correctly dispose of any cigarette butts.
Please note that any Member found smoking indoors or disposing of cigarette buds inappropriately will be subject to a fine.

In Singapore & Hong Kong, smoking is not permitted within any apartment. You may smoke on your common balcony, if there are no objections from your flatmates. If not, please head down to the nearest designated smoking area. Please keep in mind that there is a fine if you breach this rule.
