Here's what we need from you:
- A brief video tour of your room, focusing on significant areas like the bed, mattress, wardrobe, and desk. (Please keep the video file size under 20MB.)
- A clear photograph of the key set. (Failing to submit these items may lead to delays in the refund process and possible penalty costs.)
- If you've noticed any damaged or missing furniture during your stay, please let us know, and include photos of the issues for a prompt resolution.
If you're experiencing issues with the size of the video/pictures we'd recommend trying to compress them to keep the size under 20 MB. If this proves to be difficult, you can always send us multiple replies on the same ticket to spread them out over a few messages, or use an external platform such as WeTransfer and share the link in a ticket.
